By accessing or using Dreamago, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Dreamago provides intelligent dream analysis, journaling tools, and emotional tracking to support self-discovery and mental well-being. The features include voice recording, smart synthesis, "Weekly Chapters," and gamified progression.
Dreamago is NOT a medical service and does not provide medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The insights generated by our intelligent engine are for reflective and informational purposes only. Do not use Dreamago as a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
We respect your right to control your personal data. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile > Delete Account menu within the Dreamago mobile app. Upon deletion, all your dream recordings, journals, and personal data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our active systems. Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must manage those subscriptions separately through your device's subscription settings.
Dreamago offers premium features via subscription. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your device's account settings.
The Dreamago app, its content, smart models, and branding are the exclusive property of Dreamago App. You retain ownership of the specific dream and journal content you record, but grant us a license to process it as necessary to provide the service.
Dreamago utilizes advanced AI models from third-party providers, such as xAI, to analyze your dreams and journals. By using the service and providing consent where prompted, you agree to the sharing of your dream and journal content with these providers for the sole purpose of generating personalized insights and analysis. We do not share your personal identification (such as name or email) with these providers.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to record content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
Dreamago is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the insights provided will be accurate or beneficial for every user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamago App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
